The Klauzer & Tremaine, LLC, general approach to wills, trusts and estate planning is to attempt to keep clients’ documents and plans as simple and cost-effective as possible, while achieving the clients’ objectives. With this approach in mind, we:
- Prepare most basic wills and related documents on a fixed-fee basis
- Encourage review of your documents at least every two or three years, due to the ever-changing nature of client circumstances and the related tax laws
- Prepare new, updated documents when needed, on an hourly cost basis of making the amendments
In the event that your situation requires more extensive planning and consideration of tax implications, K&T will assist you with that on an hourly basis, and can work with your accountant or an accountant that is available to K&T depending on the issue and your needs.
