You may contact us by e-mail, phone or fax to request a username and password for “Back Office” access to this Website.  Without a username and password, you will be restricted to the “Reception Area,” and unable to access such premium site content as Partner weblog or listmail subscriptions / archives.  Please do not save the login information on any public or shared Web Browser (if you do, ask an administrator to help you delete it).  To log out, simply close your Web Browser.

This Website takes full advantage of hypertext.  Hovering a pointer over a defined term, abbreviation or acronym yields a brief definition.  A checkbox is provided on many pages to enable visual cues for all of these definitions, many of which are also presented in the ktlaw.com glossary of legal terms.  Pages with external links provide a checkbox to optionally enable opening these links in a new Browser tab or window.  E-mail addresses are obfuscated on public pages — you will be unable to use the “mailto” links (and other site features) without logging in and/or enabling Javascript.

If you do not want to use “Feed Reader” software (or similar Web service) to access Weblogs on this site, you can use your e-mail client to subscribe to a mailing list which will send you links to new content as it is posted.  Any such listmail on ktlaw.com is offered only on a confirmed opt-in basis, under the user’s complete control.  KT Law will of course keep your e-mail address in the strictest confidence.

Please contact the Webmaster to report broken links, browser display or device accessibility problems, or to suggest improvements to the content, function or usability of this Web site.  This site uses valid HTML 4.01 (strict), CSS 2.1 and Atom; some Javascript; is presented in Unicode; and implements REST (ktlaw.com does not use cookies).  The site content meets or exceeds all WCAG 1.0 Priority 1-3 checkpoints, but feedback from users of assistive technologies is nonetheless welcome :-).
